WYRED Subcomittee
The Wyoming Resource Education Days (WyRED) subcommittee is responsible for the organization and implementation of WyRED youth camp. It provides information in the art, science and management of the rangeland resource to Wyoming young people. This committee is also responsible for the organization and function of Wyoming range judging contest held in conjunction with the camp, and coordination of the Old West Regional contest when hosted in Wyoming.
High School Youth Forum
The High School Youth Forum Subcommittee will promote Wyoming's Youth in presenting illustrated speeches at the annual meeting with a winner of the contest to represent the Section at the international meeting each year.
Collegiate Events
The Student Activities Committee is responsible for addressing issues of particular concern to student members of the Section. Activities such as the Plant ID Exam, Undergraduate Range Management Exam (URME), Range Cup, Student Speaking, Scholarships, and Young Professional Conclave (YPC) are just a few of the items this committee is responsible for.
